The other day a notice in the newspaper food section caught the writer’s eye.In the summer, local Rotary Club’s as a fundraiser, have competition for the best Ribs. In all the recipes slow cooking in the BBQ is involved. The slow cooking makes the meat tender and brings out the juices allowing those involved in eating to enjoy the food. The notice which caught my eye was a local restaurant is opening which employs the same techniques as the ones involved in best Ribs competition.
